After working at Luna’s Montessori Bilingual school for 8 years (2007-2015) I was fascinated with the Montessori approach and decided to take training through American Montessori Society.I received an Early Childhood Credential (June, 2012) Infant and Toddler Credential (June, 2014)

Ms. Diana | Assistant Teacher
Hola! My name is Diana Loza this is my first year at A Step Ahead and I love it. A little about me, I graduated San Lorenzo High school in 2010, I attended a program R.O.P where I took medical assistant for a year during high school as well as DECA where I got to learn about business and helped guide me after high school. I am currently enrolled at Chabot College where I started psychology but decided it was not what I enjoyed doing so I decided to take Early Childhood Development. Working at A Step Ahead I was amazed by the Montessori Philosophy, the children enjoy being independent and it’s amazing how small they are and already know so much.I will start taking a Montessori class in the future. I am so thankful I received this opportunity to work with your children and be part of this team.
